Weather & Rain Policy

Decor on a Dime LLC takes great care to protect all rental inventory from weather-related damage. Under no circumstances will rental inventory be placed outside in active rain. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If our team arrives at the event location and it is actively raining, chairs, tables, decor, linens, florals and other rental inventory that could be damaged by the rain, will not be placed outside until conditions are safe and the items can be properly protected.

If rain begins before or during the scheduled setup time, Decor on a Dime LLC reserves the right to delay, modify or discontinue setup of any inventory based on the level of the weather conditions.

No refunds, credits or reimbursements will be issued due to weather-related changes, including but not limited to rain preventing outdoor setup or preventing inventory from being placed as originally planned.

Clients are responsible for having an appropriate weather backup plan for all outdoor events. This may include an enclosed venue, tent, covered structure or another suitable location where inventory can remain protected from rain and other damaging weather conditions.
